Is there any online payment?
You will need to pay a small upfront deposit to secure the booking, and you will pay the balance once the job is completed!

Are there any hidden charges? e.g. Levy fuel, GST, fitment, etc

Is wheel alignment included in the charges?
No. At the time of purchase, you have the choice/option of booking in a wheel alignment. The cost for this service is $109 for front & rear alignment. Tyrepoint recommends that a wheel alignment is undertaken when changing your tyres as this will enhance your vehicle performance and maximise tyre wear life.

Do I need to pay for shipping?
We offer Free Freight for most Passenger tyres we sell online. Some 4x4 and SUV Tyres will insure a $20 per tyre additional freight levy imposed by our carriers.

Do I need to pay for fitting and/or balancing?
Absolutely not! Tyre fitting and balancing is included in your price.

How can I book for my nominated fitment centre?
Once you select your tyres, please advance to "select fitment centre" and you can book a convenient date and time to have your tyres fitted.

How do I know my order is placed?
You will receive an order confirmation by email and a tyrepoint staff member will contact you during business hours to confirm all of your order details.

How much do I save?
It is our policy to offer our products at the lowest possible price, saving you money. Depending on the tyre, brand and size, you could save up to 60% off normal RRP. All our products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
